CUTTING KNIVES: 1/4" Hardened steel cutting knives are reversible and replaceable. Each knife has two cutting edges - when one is worn, rotate 180° to a new cutting edge. Less downtime required to sharpen rotor knives. WC1503 - 2 knives / WC1504 - 4 Knives.
